1.     A brief overview of our company and experience:

 

Premier Sports is the go-to place for head-to-toe custom sport team uniforms and apparel. We have the ability to design and manufacture your team’s uniforms and/or corporate apparel. Provide us your design ideas and logos and leave the rest to us. 

 

 The company was founded by coaches, athletes, and ex-college players who have faced the hassles of ordering their teams’ uniforms and equipment. We turned our painstaking experiences into an outlet for coaches like you to work with our knowledgeable team and make the ordering process, easy.

 

2.     Brand(s) of uniforms, apparel, and merch that is sold.

Our custom uniform line is called Premier Sports.   We manufacture our custom line directly with no middlemen, straight from our manufacturing facility to you. That is how we can offer such great low prices!   

 

We also partner with various third-party companies like Augusta Sportswear, Pacific Headwear, SanMar, Founders Sport, and Richardson Cap to provide our customers with head-to-toe solutions and team options.   All of these options have the ability to customize with your team’s colors and logos. 

 

3.   Do you offer sublimated jerseys? 

 

We do have a number of in-house designs and color options from you can choose from, just add your team colors and name. If there is a certain design or specific Pantone color you prefer to use, just send it to your Sales Rep and we can work with our art team to make your ideas come to life. 

4.   Do you have an online builder or ordering platform? 

 

We feel each customer deserves to work one-on-one with our knowledgeable Sales Reps. We want to get to know your team and provide you with options based on your budget and timeline. We will tailor each uniform to your design specs and colors ensuring you are buying exactly what you need.  

 

Once you have your designs nailed down, we can set up a Team Store where coaches, players, parents, and fans can login and order everything they need. 

 

5.   What customization options are available? 

 

Our custom line is cut and sewn to order giving you a full range of customization. You have the option to customize any style with sewn-on tackle twill, direct embroidery, embroidered patches, full sublimation, screenprint, and heat press decoration. 

 

Team caps are ordered through either Richardson Sports and Pacific Headwear that offer direct embroidery or patches of your team’s logos or name. 

 

Our third-party vendors can also be customized with screen-print designs. 

 

6.  What materials are offered?      

 

We have evaluated and chosen the best materials for every sport that has the ability to last for multiple seasons. We offer dry-fit, moisture-wicking, breathable, stretch mesh, and 100% Polyester fabrics. When you speak to your agent, we will be able to inform you of all your options.

 

7.    Is artwork included in the pricing? 

 

Yes! We provide you with free mock-ups but we aim to nail your design down within the first few attempts.

 

8.   What are your operating hours? 

 

Our live chat and phone lines are available 7 am-5 pm PST, Monday-Friday. After hours? Feel free to email your agent, leave a message in our chat or request a quote and one of our team members will reach out to you ASAP.  

9.   What are your turn-around times? 

 

Our custom line has about a 4 week turnaround time. 2-3 weeks can be done with a rush charge on inline and stock decorated products. These timelines can potentially be extended during high seasons, so we encourage you to get the process started as early as possible. This will keep you ahead of the curve and all you will have to provide is the size roster.  

 

10.   Do you have size kits? 

 

We do offer size kits for all sports in both youth and adult sizes, based on availability. We do ask for a $25 dollar deposit, that is then applied towards your team’s order once the kit is returned.

11.   I received an error on my order, what can I do to fix this? 

 

We are all human and understand errors can occur. Our uniforms do go through an extensive quality assurance test prior to shipping to limit these errors. However, if something still went wrong contact our awesome customer service team to review and provide you with quick and east resolutions.
